Moving from the CCD to SFW is essentially the same as integrating from scratch, in the sense that ARC approval is still required, etc. It is also the right thing to do for apps that have proven useful, as users will locate them more easily if they are in the WOS. The advantage for the integrator of it already being on the CCD is that Makefiles, packaging files, etc already exist (albeit possibly for an old version.) - Dermot
