Well, I didn't say that I fixed net-snmp-config in its entirety. I fixed 
a number of things in how sma_snmp/net-snmp was being built, because 
they conflicted with SVN. One of the things I did was remove the 
obviously wrong -R../lib. I can't claim to have fixed everything. In 
general, generated *-config scripts and arguments recorded in libtool 
.la files can leave lots to be desired. I really dislike the *-config 
scripts, but I did notice that some packages depend on them when 
building, to get info on others they depend on.

It would be a good idea to document all such issues in SFW and figure 
out a way to properly fix them.
