I updated it to include the CDDL header and the copyright. the update is on the opensolaris page for review.
So, I guess I will redo it and remove the CDDL header, and leave the copywrite. Still need to fix the box as it's not formatting properly. Can anyone see what I've done wrong and provide the correct information? I've copied it exactly from one that's working, so I'll admit I'm clueless at this point.
