Section 8.1.2 refers to the following web interface: http://webrti.sfbay.sun.com/rti/developer/index.php Maybe it just because it's Friday, or maybe I'm particularly dense, but for the life of me, I have no clue as to how to proceed. The first question I need to answer is to select my consolidation. I assume it's "ON". This leads to a page that has search for RTI's I own (which is none). So far, so good. When I select Create OpenSolaris RTI, a new window pops up that requests the gate I should use. The only option is onindy1-on-sust. This looks fine. Next is general info. This requires the following: CRT Advocate CTE Escalation # Fix Requistor I assume I am the fix requester. How do I find the CRT Advocate (lookup didn't help) and the Escalation #? Thanks * *
