I seem to remember that happening but I'm not paying that much
attention so don't trust me to confirm anything :) But surely
there are mail logs on mail.opensolaris.org.
I think most of the bits are done (OSR/ARC) apart from the final
integration process (though that may get more review from the RTI
approver/sponsor as well).

You can certainly add one if you like to CDDL'd bits, I think that's
in the rules (see www.opensolaris.org/os/community/on/crt/sponsor-tasks),
but I wouldn't myself (particularly around open source code, I don't
want it to look like I'm trying to take something over :)

No it's not yet, but it will be when the repository moves outside.

Yes you can certainly send whatever mail you want to the list, as
