The Companion CD has a pre-built package, but so does blastwave, as Stephen
just pointed out. And at the moment, Blastwave's is way more current.

If you prefer a gentoo-like approach (build-your-own using build recipes),
openldap is part of the pmpkg project:
     http://openbios.org/~oxygene/projects/Projects/pmpkg

The current supported version there is 2.3.33.
