Just by chance, I expect to submit a code review request for 
openldap-2.3.35 for the Companion CD later today.  I can easily provide 
you with a package if you need it.  Won't be an official package until 
it is approved, but you can look at it if you like.  This is built on NV 62.

Openldap-2.3.35 for Solaris 2.5-10 will be on sunfreeware.com
in the next day also.
