Oh, I see. I've added the missing copyright years. I suspect that the
missing lines at the end ("THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND...") were removed intentionally so I didn't add
them back. Webrev updated.
