I've tried to clarify things as follows with regards to the webrev:
http://cr.opensolaris.org/~andrejm/idzebra/ now contains the
full webrev (all differences from the SFW gate).
http://cr.opensolaris.org/~andrejm/idzebra_inc/ now contains
only the changes from the previous code review. I *think*
I've eliminated all instances of '0 lines changed' or
differences that weren't mine (i.e. changes that came in
from the gate when I last synced up).
None of the files have changed since the webrev I sent out yesterday.
This is just trying to make it easier for potential reviewers to
access the version they want.
