Hi,

I am interested in limiting access to America On Line Instant Messaging -
AIM. I would like it to work between certain times, and not others.

It seems that AIM uses port 5190, but I might be mistaken. Assuming it
uses that port, What do I have to do to enable that port for, say, 2 hours
each day, between, say, 5 and 7 pm.

The reason for this, in case anyone wants to know, is that my kids are
spending far too much time glued to this stupid chat utility. It's
interfering with their homework, and I need to do something about it. I
figure that I can tell them, "gee, I don't know why it's down, that damned
AOL network is probably just bogged down, you'll have to wait until [see
time above].

Can anyone help me out with this?

Much obliged,

Robert
