This looks strange to me. Sorry for asking more questions, but I want to
know what's going on:
- Is only the server listed, or also shares as subfolders of the server?
- Is the server added manually to the "CIFS Servers" configuration?
- Do you use a WINS server? If yes, can you reach it if the problem
occurs (e.g. with ping)?
- And just to be sure: the GUI is running?

My first guess without more input would be that the name resolution does
sometimes not work. You could get around this by setting the IP address for
this particular server manually in the "CIFS Servers" configuration.
Sharity uses Netbios and DNS to obtain an IP address (in this order).
