Removal of rhino and consolidation of licenses in the top-level NOTICE. Also the aggregated RAT report<http://incubator.apache.org/shindig/shindig-1.1.x/rat-report.html>is working properly. We resolved 16 issues in BETA3, 16 issues in BETA2 and 268 issues in BETA1.
