Paul,

I think the release looks fine, but AFAICT, your gpg key does notappeared to be signed by someone else at Apache.I am not certain if this is really required, but last time I did therelease I was told by one or two members that I had to get my keysigned before doing a release ?

Fortunately I found someone local to do the honors.
