ShopTalk: Suggestion on Driver

I am a novice at Clubmaking but have read every thread there is offered on this forum. I have learned a lot, but I believe I am making mistakes with this knowledge. I had a Snake Eyes Fire Forged Driver with a Fujikura Vista Pro 70 Stiff shaft. I hit cut slices with it. I happened to run into a club repairer here in Greenville SC and he took a look at it. He said it was 1.5 inches to short and it had a frequency of 276 so Tiger Woods couldn’t hit this club. I want to start over with a different driver and shaft. My swing speed is 90-95 mph. I hit the ball straight or with a draw with my Cleveland TA5 irons. Any help would be appreciated
