Last weekend I visited with one of the club maker who has a booth at our
near by trades day market, a place where I buy most of my golf equipment
and supplies. Well not all, my wife bought a new set of Tommy Armour
Irons at a garage sale here in Athens. The guy had won them in a
tournament two or three years ago, unwrapped one club, did not want to
switch from what he was using so his wife finally put them in her garage
sale. The clubs sold new at a suggested price of $650, the wife paid
$90. But that is another story, back to the Sweet Spot Finder.

The gentleman that was selling golf supplies and I had a discussion
about the balancing of balls, etc. . . Only one of 15 randomly checked
balls would even stay on the device used to spin them. Everyone of the
"manufactured truly" balanced balls failed the test. I have to agree
with Corey, these devices are good to mark your ball but that is about
it. Beware of those that attempt to rob you of your hard earned cash.
