I would say a good chance. He was in Canada.

I did a bit of a search on the net and I've come up with a phone number
for a Carey Winquist in St Albert Canada. Can anyone confirm that there
is a chance this is the same guy? It's an unusual name.

Cheers
Graham

The sun doesn't shine all of the time here :)
All is good.
Alan I tried. I would suggest you locate Carey Winquist.

Hi Mark,
I don't think I am in a position to grant permission, at least I don't
want
to risk thinking I am. I don't know the rules about Betas, but I have
Betas from all sorts of different software. Hope all is well where the
sunshines all the time. ;-)
