Good morning Dave and Tom. Following the link that you suggested I am
not seeing what you may be seeing as to live, "?" , flyover photos of my
own town. We have a loop that circles the town of Athens, Texas (80
miles east of Dallas, Texas) that has been completed for several years.
However the images that are shown are years behind. The loop was
completed about five years ago. Now taking in consideration that these
maps are not updated as we would like for them to be and I am sure there
are some security risks that must be considered, I can understand why
the details shown are given certain priorities. I have now searched
three different online maps and Google is still the most detailed that I
have found for this area and like you say, it needs updating. I am sure
that the rural areas are not as important as the major cities are and I
doubt that there will be any changes done in the near future.
This is St. Patrick's Day and I hope that the luck of the Irish will
fill your world with all its lucky charms. For 47 years now that Irish
luck has been with the wife and I. Life has been good and may it shine
in your life.
