Sorry for asking the question here, but I know somebody is bound to know.Is
there a way to force the media state of an interface to be up even when there's
no network link on the interface?I am running a vmware bridge on an interface
which works perfectly when there is something plugged in but stops when the
interface is down.I've had a google and not found anything as yet.Many thanks.Si
