Ok, that's clear...
So, a partial solution would be for example, to set a multi-provider
configuration and force connections destinated to my cloud server or
google drive to be enstablished through the 4G provider...

Or, the opposite, create a sort of list of devices in my network (tv
box, tablet,..) and force them to be routed through the ADSL provider,
not wasting 4G traffic..
