Hi pt, I'm a little unclear about what you mean by "when the flat tags will be imported correctly...instead of becoming new root-level tags." If a tag is a flat tag in F-Spot, whereby "flat tag" I mean that it has no parent, then the correct behavior is to import it as a new root-level tag in Shotwell, because, hey, it was a root-level tag in F-Spot. So I don't understand the problem. Unless I'm missing something, which I very well may be. ;-)
