Hi Moe, I can address two of your issues. First, The issue with the _embedded JPEG file being preferred to the sister JPEG in a RAW+JPEG pair has been addressed in several recent commits. Second, we do have an outstanding ticket to combine and separate RAW+JPEG pairs here: http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/4040. Would this give you most of the functionality you need?
