Normally one puts multiple files into a tar archive and compresses it with gzip or bzip2. This should also be the default for nearly every graphical archiver in the unix world. Command line syntax to pack files into archive.tgz (c - create, z - compress, f - file): tar czf archive.tgz file1 file2 file3 dir1 dir2 ... To extract (x - extract, z - compressed, f - file): tar xzf archive.tgz > Patches? There are some tools to check this kind of errors. For basic PO syntax checks call "msgfmt -cv <po-file>" (should be called by POEdit as well). For further checks see http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/toolkit/using_pofilter. I also noticed that you used ellipses "..." without space in front of it. At least in German we have to put a space in front if the missing part refers to the whole sentence instead of completing the last word "Init entries ..." (not "Init entries..."). The syntax is easy: Each line starting with "-" is removed and lines starting with "+" will be added. I created it using $ diff -ur ../da.orig . > da.diff $ gzip da.diff Apply the patch (i.e. my changes) via: $ gzip -dc da.diff.gz | patch -p0 from the directory containing your files. But I'm not sure whether you have to do further work or whether someone will commit the (patched) files. On the other side one should separate changes into different patches and not combine Danish and German stuff in one attempt ... Let's wait for reply, maybe other people attach further translations as well.
