This was triggered by TangoGPS writing/reading a lot of tiles into /media/card/Maps. I booted the FR with /sys/module/glamo_mci/parameters/sd_drive = 8 and the 512MB Sandisk sdcard that came with the phone. The distro is SHR-U upgraded 3 days ago.
