Thanks. It's strange that in my case it doesn't work. And another person
who installed SHR-U on Feb 27 there is the same problem — russian don't 
work. Persons who install eglibc-locale-ru before have no such a problem.
Maybe there is some package dependancy broken, so some additional package/
library should be installed in order to use russian locale.
And strange is that in phone terminal russian language works very well.
