My other FR (gta02v5) has a defect gsm chip, so it has an old sim card
in it just to keep the sd card pressed down - gps is working tho.

That "no gpsd found" message from tangogps should disappear after 2 or
3 seconds. You should see a connection with "netstat -tp" tangogps to
fso-gpsd.

Then, in the first info page, do you receive valid gps time or is it
1970-01-01? If it's 1970, quit tangogps, do "rm -f
/etc/freesmartphone/persist/ogpsd.pickle" and start tangogps again.

Then, if you're in a building, you need to go outside, it could take
up to 4 minutes until you get some satellites.

Finally, if you give me your position (+- 50 km), I could build a
packet with assist-data that you can feed into ttySAC1 to help it get
going. The data are valid for some hours only.
