but afair even the next to last release there were the choice between shr-illume1 and shr-illume2 at first boot, now it's missing. I know that the code is not developed anymore because Rasterman decided to revrite all illume code giving birth to illume2... and it's about a year taht illume2 is kind of birth but not growth. From the brilliant Raster I expected: - as he said a complete rewrite of the code... ok, personally I - great innovation in interface, some new concept... - awsomeness everywhere ;) (he said he had a great project with a great company...) > > So either we put some effort into illume2 to fix the annoying issues or we > put > some effort into some alternative (which you probably prefer ;). personally I think that hackable:1 stuff is great. It works. It has a nice pim management... but unfortunately is not as comfortable as shr is... maybe the integration of fso in rev6 will give the right spin to the project and distro.
