Now that I have a 64 bit machine, I have set up an SHR development
environment. I decided to take a look at the issue where I can no
longer rotate the screen to landscape. I have got it working on my
phone with a small change in xserver-xorg (though I doubt it is right).
I commented out lines 918-922 in randr/rrscreen.c in the
xorg-server-1.9.4 which are the lines that validate the new screen
size. I don't know if there is a fix upstream in a newer version, or if
maybe we should be comparing width to MaxHeight instead of maxWidth. I
don't mind looking into this some more if someone gives me direction. I
can share the package I built, but opkg won't install it since the md5
mismatched. I had to manually extract the ipk to test my change.
