being slightly less flip (I didn't actually mean to be flip):
The 2 questions here are:
  1) are more meetings required/helpful
  2) would having these coincident with existing events and ~1/month
be acceptable to the majority

we (everyone involved) do know that not everyone can make every
meeting... aiming for best participation level is the goal.
