hi brandon,
i recommend an asus motherboard. i've never had any trouble with mine.
asus is well known for having extremely good motherboards, especially if you
want to overclock and stuff like that. I'm using 2 asus p2bs right now in my
linux and nt machines, they've been purring happily for many many months.
not sure if a k62 266 cpu is like the pentium IIs, if not i'm sure asus makes
fitting boards.
find the board you want off http://www.asus.com then search for the lowest
price online at something like http://www.pricewatch.com
there are probably some decent vendors in austin, they are usually more
expensive than what you can find on the net though, plus tax.
gigabyte has also been said to be good.

just stay the fuck away from chipsmart.
