Just FYI on the whole cable modem stuff ... I've been hearing that Time
Warner would do it for the last 2 years in San Antonio and Austin. I don't
know how full of it the reps are ... and I honestly don't think they  will
implement anything until they have sufficient wiring to support the cable
specs. 

Just be forewarned before you get your hopes up :)
