PC Power & Cooling sells super quiet, extremely reliable power supply's,
but you'll pay a few bucks more for them. A&R Computing on 6th street can
probably give you something pretty decent for a reasonable price. Ask
them to give you the same power supply that's installed in their premium
ATX case.
