  Honestly - the only problem I might have is with #5.  Obviously you
should alert the host and give them time to fix the problem first.
And then, if the network is placed on the insecure list without 
telling others what the specific insecurity was I honestly don't see 
problem.

  But - it's not something I've thought about much.  That's why I
asked for some support for the statement that it is bad.  It's not
obvious to me that this is a bad thing.
