Actually, in this case there is no guarantee that there even was a turd.
ORBS will list any open relay regardless of whether any spam was ever sent
through it. They say they don't scan, but I am not sure I believe them. I
got an ORBS notice on a server which I am sure had never been used to
spam, so why would anybody have recommended it to ORBS to be checked? It
was set to deny relaying, but didn't pass one of ORBS' more obscure tests.
