I agree.   But feel that the list should be mostly hardware.    The linux
software questions should still be directed here correct?   Also, what about the
intersection of the 2 lists?   Example:

Hardware with an app that runs on linux.  It could be a configuration issue or
the hardware.

Does anyone know of a filter for content.   Although I feel that this would be
more work then needed just for a mailing list.  Unless we start a digest version
and archive the hardware/software  answers.   They do something like that for
another list I belong for the HP3000.
