Wasn't even thinking of simply buying an adapter cable - that would work, too
(SCSI-1 is 3MB/sec, right?) In my particular case, I had an Adaptec
'sparrow' board that is incompatible with my new mobo, forcing me to
purchase the Tekram card and a 50HD<->DB25 adapter to use the scanner again.
