        I thought scsi-1 was 5mb/sec?  Or was that "fast"? I was pretty
sure "wide" was 10 a sec (by extension FW was 20).  I don't know that much
about all the different types of scsi (especially the old stuff).  Either
way it's probably fast enough for a scanner or cd/r/rw.
