While the annotations look fixed in the screenshot you provided, I'm having some problems with latest JTAG decoder when I use it with pulseview. Please see the attached screenshot; for some reason bits are misplaced (relative to jtag states) and the bitstring spans too long. And while we're at it, here is a decoder for MIPS EJTAG I mentioned before: https://gitlab.com/LabSystems/libsigrokdecode/commit/78e1144c25595e7b7ea33501a454d6ff836ef0a8 It supports basic commands as well as "high-level" fetch/store transactions.
