While the annotations look fixed in the screenshot you provided, I'm having
some problems with latest JTAG decoder when I use it with pulseview. Please
see the attached screenshot; for some reason bits are misplaced (relative to
jtag states) and the bitstring spans too long.

And while we're at it, here is a decoder for MIPS EJTAG I mentioned before:

It supports basic commands as well as "high-level" fetch/store transactions.
Data output from it looks correct but misplaced now because of the problem 
above.
