Hi Craig,

Thanks, that's quite an interesting project. But it's not what I'm
proposing for a number of reasons:

* it only works if you sell software or ad revenue
* "shares" can not be traded for money
* shares have no "absolute" value; it's just a percentage. In
particular, there's no ceiling.
* contributors are suddenly contractors of another (USA based)
company, in stead of owners (and here in Australia)
* they take a percentage

But it is certainly something to keep an eye on. Perhaps we could
build something like that ourselves here in Australia? Preferably a
non-profit.
