Hey that's a really cool app! I think everyone elses suggestions covers a lot of what I could have added :-)
By the way, I noticed that there were a lot of mobile phone numbers in one of the screen-shots in the tour [http://notifier.workwhen.com/home/tour ] - these aren't a problem if they are fake, but you wouldn't want the whole world to know if they're not!
