I would say common and *justified*. So didn't see it as knocking them.
But I am a somewhat biased fan. And I am aware of a growing number of
other fans of Saasu. They really are a good service. It took me six
months of vacillation and several conversations with Marc Lehmann, the
CEO, to convince me to switch.

No way I'm forking over money to any company who can't provide me
reliable service, even if I do know some of the people there.
