Sounds to me like there is enough to think about taking this to the next level. Which is to get names on paper so to speak and set a date for commencement.
Revenue models are important, but I don't believe that they are fixed or need to be fixed. Most businesses spend a vast amount of time 'tweeking' their business model. Yes, paid subscription and free subscriptions are good starting points. Add to that revenue from anything else you can think about any time, and then you start to have something. I'd suggest, in order to make it 'fair', that the share register be kept open for an extended period of time. Allowing the warchest to grow somewhat.
