Now, now people, play nice :) I know lots of older, wiser guys who are implementing very big sites in Rails. The geek drought is prevalent across several flavours of tech at the moment. Finding people who have actually solved real world larger scale problems is difficult. We're facing the same ordeal locating Android devs which is worse due to the relative newness of the platform even compared to Rails and Django.
