Hi Sujit, Are you looking for business development partners/companies in Australia to help grow the product here? Or around the world to help launch your product in different markets?
Also, is the partnership for your Real Estate sector product or for your IT business in general? I remember the "days of old" - back in 2000 (when milk was just a buck a litre and a refill in the car was $40!!! hahaha), when realestate.com.auwas just trying to make a mark in the space, and they had an amazing strategy, "circle the agent" (that's not what they called it, but that's what tesco would have called it given their "circle the customer" take on things), and that strategy included having a installable product that could manage the real estate agent's office data requirements (aka, CRM, Leases, etc), and of course, "auto publish" to realestate.com.au (for a small fee) or to domain.com.au etc for a larger fee... Well, look what happened, they have become the incumbent/default in the realestate space when someone is looking to rent or buy. They have been in the leadership position for quite a long time... might be time for someone to come and "disrupt" the market a little? ;) simran.
