Hi Sujit,

Don't forget one thing: They had the right idea and they had the

hallelujah! :) i was actually part of the news team that did due diligence
on them before we invested in them :)
(martin, if you are out there, i still love mod_perl and you wrote the some
of the best i have ever seen :)

The partnership is

i don't know if it is that different... they also very much had/have(?) a
"hub" product that did just crm/listing management for the office (no
connection required), and unrelated to the website... you can almost think
of it as offline products as one company + public online site as another
company. They won the game then because the web was getting stronger, and
there was no clear winner, agents wanted to be on the web, and the offline
product was quite decent too...

what you are offering (if i am not mistaken) is everything an agent would
do in the office... i think it will be good to tie up to auto-publish to
online sites (including realestate.com.au) so that agent's don't have to do
double entries etc... should just be the click of a button to "sync"
inventory to the web on realestate.com.au etc...

then over the longer term, once your product is in hundreds of agents,
perhaps have an standalone online play in the market as well?

you probably have a beautiful product... and a brilliant strategy... my 2
cents worth... if you have a beautiful online vision as part of your
strategy, the product will be more bankable! :)

hear ye, hear ye about not needing to disrupt... sometimes you can grow a
good model :) a disrupt (if successful) changes the game though, as it did
for google via adwords, and makes you the incumbent leader... (at least
until that is, someone disrupts your model :)

But they were there first and the name
