A few weeks back in SF, I went to BlueBottle on Mint (on recommendation of a few Aussies/Kiwis), and the queue was out the door and around the corner. Waited. Quite good coffee. Thought of an augmented reality/image recognition app that you could use to point your mobile device at the queue to tell you how long you'd wait for your coffee...calibrated to each coffee shop...
