Nobody can replace you for this role. You know your business better than anybody else. But I have known some entrepreneurs who have used telemarketing services from Philippines to get some traction into the market. You will have to work really hard to keep your full time job and careful if you are moonlighting. But it is doable and much less risky than giving it up. You do not realize this till your payslips stop coming in. Think: "My Job is funding the business"
