Meshed Co-op (the operational arm of NZ Open Source Society) is using http://www.redmine.org/guide I find the way the PaaS creates dependencies amongst subtasks, watching specific forum topics, and ability to xref both within the wiki to be useful in documenting DevOps. Haven't used the GANTT feature yet but it also has a CRM extension that we're hardening for security & privacy (and to keep IP such as trade-secrets secure). The workflow already supports agile/lean though ACLs may need tweaking.
