browned meat tastes good? oh. I think all meat is too....chewy...esp beef, though Mohan says  Brazilian and Argentinian beef has to be tasted to be believed.

About the book... no wonder the domain name is tinyurl if the type is tiny too!
why bother with small type when I have a large type to explain details to me?
