no. that push from the european greens to ban MS from eu procurement comes across as mean-spirited and unfair to MS. with the assumption, therefore, that procurement in general is fair and competitive. which is far from the truth. a large share of procurement in europe (and probably in india and elsewhere) is anti-competitive, unfair, and probably illegally so, and the bias is _in favour_ of MS and a handful of other proprietary vendors. -rishab
