It *WASN'T* random, Perry. On one trip the US (I think 2003 or 2004), I had
to take about 14 flights and started getting that dreaded SSSes EVERY time,
and then I sent an email to the "authorities" and I *did* get a
reply/apology  from them and I was longer "sss"ed, for the last few flights.
